Who is this course for?

This course is for lawyers, law students, non-law graduates and anyone interested in learning about the legal remedies available to fight domestic violence in Pakistan and its correlation with human rights enshrined in the Constitution of Pakistan 1973. 

*Please note that this course was initially launched as a part of the law firm’s summer school program with a total of 55 participants. 

What is the format?

This course has a total of 9 sessions [7 Lectures + 2 Bonus Sessions] conducted by experts in the field. There is a quiz at the end Lecture III & IV to test your understanding around the knowledge imparted in the course. 

Language: Speakers are interacting in both English and Urdu. Teaching content presented is in English.
